We work with both. Many of our clients run custom implementations using open-source wake word engines or proprietary systems. As long as the platform allows wake word customization, we can help.
Can you help with implementation, or just naming?
We provide integration guidance and can work directly with your technical team during setup. We're not a full implementation service, but we bridge the gap between linguistic design and technical execution.
What if I already have a name in mind?
That's a good starting point. We can evaluate it for phonetic viability, test it against acoustic recognition patterns, and either validate your choice or suggest refinements. Many projects begin this way.
Do you offer ongoing support after project completion?
Yes. All projects include a defined support window. For those wanting extended consultation, we offer retainer arrangements for iterative refinement and expansion planning.
